1. Working in an ORPHANGE HOME with children (age: 1 week-17 years).
2. Assisting on a day nursery, primary, junior or secondary school in a village or in the city.
3. Working with local communities in building health care centers, libraries, schools, boreholes etc…
4. Assisting and/or teaching on a business college (age: 15-22 years).
5. Teaching young people how to work on a computer.
6. Working at a school for disabled and blind persons.
7. Working at a community for disabled and blind persons and their children.
8. Working at an institute for deaf children.
9. Working at a medical clinic or maternity home (medical background necessary).
10. Acting with children.
11. Assisting in the activities of the association for traditional healers .
12. Assisting a traditional midwife in the village (for obstetricians or people with a medical background).
13. Serve your apprenticeship with a traditional healer.
14. Helping wildlife rangers in a Wildlife Park on elephants population growth.
15. Working in office as part of study abroad programmed.
16. Assisting women group in rural communities.
17. Working on projects for street children.
18. Do you do want something else then the activities mentioned above? Do not hesitate to discuss this with the TEAM. Also if you yourself want do a project, we can probably help your with the realization of it.

A period of two weeks is the minimum for voluntary work, so that you have time to really get to know the work and your colleagues. Mostly, you will work in the mornings (from about 8 am until about 1 pm) and from Monday to Friday. Various voluntary work-places You can choose from the following possibilities

* Assisting and/or teaching at a primary or secondary school in a village or in the city (choices from subjects such as English, French, Mathematics, Physics, Environmental Studies, Music, Sports and/or Art & Creativity). A number of pupils also need regular tutoring and/or help with their homework.

* Assisting and/or teaching at a business college (ages between 15-22), at the level of intermediate vocational education in Business Administration. The following subjects are taught: Marketing, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, English, Commerce and Business Law.

* Teaching the use of computers to the students of the Business College or at a vocational college for girls.

* Teaching (especially English and mathematics) and play-acting at an institute for physically handicapped young people where they learn how to sew, weave, work leather and/or print materials. At this institute there are also many blind people. For these functions we prefer to take on volunteers who are good at weaving, sewing, wickerwork or other practical skills.
